Shipping Information

All items are thoroughly tested, adjusted, and calibrated prior to shipment.  Sometimes that can be done the same day the order is placed.  Sometimes it takes an extra day or two.    We work had to make sure all items are ready to go for you out of the box with no extra setup required.  

Most items ship out of our centrally located facility in Lincoln Nebraska.  Standard shipping is UPS Ground.  Delivery is typically 1-3 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping is available for additional charge.  Just ask!


Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you decide that the equipment purchased is not for you, no worries.  Return it no questions asked within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs).  Returned items must be in new unused condition. Items that have been used are subject to a restocking fee. Contact us for return instructions.  

Warranty, Support, and Repair

Although we make every effort to ensure your equipment will work flawlessly when you receive, problems do occur from time to time.  All new items are warrantied for one year (or more)  Should you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately to make arrangements for a return.  In certain situations, an advance replacement until may be sent out before your item is returned.

Occasionally the unexpected happens.  If your equipment take a fall, or stops working the way it should, we can help.  Our factory trained technicians can get it back to working the way it should.   We service and support all the equipment we sell.   If we can't fix it or repair it, we won't sell it.
